Elections

Folks,
Can it be that a man who advocates rounding up people with AIDs and delivering USA to Jesus could be the republican front-runner? If you read the book I review today then the answer is no. The next election belongs to the democrats, so the republicans are paying off their abused base of bitter-enders by running a whack-job for president. We are being scammed.

Although I'd delight to be there when President Huckabee knocks on heaven's door and asks the Father to see Jesus, so he can deliver USA as promised. Wouldn't the answer be, "Sorry Mike, Jesus is not here, he is in your concentration camps with the AIDs victims."

An innovation in USA election is sorely needed.

Henrique,

Your Brazilian market point throws me... are you hoping to import something into USA designed for the Brazilian market? In any event, you ought only import in USA things designed for USA market, or any market for that matter.

What you import is a result of market feedback on your ideas... and your relation to the market is what endears you to the suppliers.

The less history you have in a given market, the more market feedback you'll have.

As to the supplier, have you proven them to be the best supplier? How so? If so, then whatever the terms, no doubt standard, are acceptable since the supplier will be reliable. There are no shortcuts in this phase of the work.

Give us more details on the names of stores ready to order, and how you came up with the supplier, and we can advise better.

Hello, everyone

I would like to ask anyone who has had experience negotiating with
Chinese manufacturers of electronic gadgets & computer accessories
what the usual terms of the deal are. We have requested and received
multiple samples. Most manufacturers request a minimum order of 100
pcs, which is fine, and they all request payment in advance. How can I
be sure that the product I receive is the one we negotiated? Is there
a sure way to assure that? And what is the usual policy on defective
products? Some of the suppliers would front all the cost, but others
want to share the burden, which I think stinks. Of note, the products
are not destined for the US market, but the Brazilian one

Any help & suggestion would be greatly appreciated

Henrique

Folks,

Check out this restaurant, especially the history, to see sometimes how a great self-employment gets going. Note the generations of work it takes to get going.

Kim,

Generally I advise you sell to upscale stores to start recover with superpremium biz some costs, and then work down to mass markets... you will be up against people who can literally buy shelf space for men's hair care...

It sounds as though you went into production without any signed purchase orders here in USA... is that the case? In any event, keep us informed of how this goes...

John

Hi Folks,

I've developed a men's hair care product. I've done my first production
run and I am ready to take it to market. I have a contact in the
European market, but my goal is to introduce it to the U.S. market and
get shelf space at retail chains such as Target, Walgreen's, CVS, and
other retailers that sell hair care products. I am wondering if anyone
has any experience with this market and any suggestions or contacts.

Thanks,
Kim G.
