I...Then should we "decriminalize" murder? If drugs including cocaine, heroin and crystal meth are "legalized" then Mexico will suffer as violent crime increases and increased medical costs burden society. According to Forbes Mexico's upper class constitutes 1,340,000 people or 1.7% of the population so "decriminalizing" drugs would only benefit only those in power.
