Manufacturing Agreement

Dear John,

I am writing to inquire about an eletronic copy or link to a generic
manufacturing agreement that I may modify. I previously introduced myself as a
developing new business in San Francisco importing softgood products from
Southeast Asia. These products will be manufacturered for me using my designs
and specifications. I am planning to use the Agreement as a guideline rather
than a legal device considering the location of my manufacturer.
