Folks,

This is an example of the sad results of USA protectionism... of course
there is pirating in the Ukraine, if there wasn't, they'd have little of the
products we "protect."

If someone making $300 per month pays $25 for Microsoft Works, Microsoft has
lost nothing, because such a person was never a customer for a $395 software
package anyway. You cannot lose what you never had.

But USA consumers will now be denied the benefit of Ukraine skilled workers
so that Microsoft and others can be safe from problems that do not exist.
