I'm new to the trading endeavors your requesting help with, but I do find
your thoughts combine to be an interesting Idea. "Bring the world with us
by providing education to its masses." If I understand your request
completely, then you probably have;

Already contacted various embassy officials in DC and other US locations and
have nailed down the fact that they are having trouble getting these books
of yours in any quantity.

contacted, or intend to contact, the various ministries to confirm the need,
and ability to purchase, hence verifying a customer base, in the numbers you
need to be profitable at printing time, exists.

contacted literary agents, whose names were provided by the various learning
institutions, embassy personnel, or librarians, etc; that already are
trusted to handle business for those country's of choice.

contacted publishers to verify prices for books in various quantities so
you'll have sufficient financial information to make a "Go-No Go" decision.

Now therefore, if my above assumptions are correct, I'm lost on how to help
you with language suggestions. It appears to me that you would have the
correct language from your conversations with embassy officials, librarians,
etc;.

Again, I'm very new to these thoughts, and, as I am usually wrong, please
keep me abreast of how you solved for this problem. The day I quit learning
is the day they should place me in a ditch and throw dirt on my face. So,
I'm anxious for you to share your solutions and good fortune.
