patent issue

Re: [spiers] patent issue

You may find the following information helpful in your research. One site is a
manufacturer of the lens and the other is a list of patents they have in the US.
Hope this is of help.

Subject: [spiers] patent issue

i have a new idea that may have patent issues
involved.
i would like to use transition lenses (the glasses
that turn dark in bright light and vise versa.)
since the lenses themselves are new technology i don't
know if there is a patent protecting them. what route
should i take to find out if the lenses are available
for my use?

thank you
