First of all I 'd like to say many thanks by John for providing him good
business communication and possibilities to share ideas, business experience and
get expertise on almost non costing basis.
Originally I am from Russia, now resided in USA, MD. Thanks to my previous
experience doing business in Russia I have real good connection with Russian
business community and as well with some manufacturers. Currently I have
authorities from well-known Russian manufacture involved in Chemical and
Pharmaceutical industry to distribute their products in USA. Here is very shirt

Net Revenue Defined

Hi John,

In terms of what you pay designers, how do you define
net revenue? gross sales less returns, allowances,
discounts, promotions, and shipping and handling?
Have I left items out or included too much, such as
the shipping and handling and promotions?

Also in the case of exporting, do you pay designers a
% on net revenue based on the same definition?
