Duty on sample

What you pay for a sample matters not; what it is worth is what the duty
depends on... "Samples of No Commercial Value" and thus not dutiable must be
effectly destroyed to meet teh test of no commercial value. The shoes must have
large holes drilled thru, somethign like this. Normally, since you are
apssionate about teh item, defacing it would be heartbreaking, and any duty
needed to
be paid would be a small price to get teh samples, even if they never sell and
only grace your personal effects.

Manufacturing Agreement
Dear John,
I am writing to inquire about an eletronic copy or link to a generic
manufacturing agreement that I may modify. I previously introduced myself as a
developing new business in San Francisco importing softgood products from
Southeast Asia. These products will be manufacturered for me using my designs
and specifications. I am planning to use the Agreement as a guideline rather
than a legal device considering the location of my manufacturer.
Thank you.
Julia
