Has anyone else noticed how the communists have allowed dozens of independence
movements to
flourish and achieve their goals in the last few decades, but the capitalists
have permitted exactly
zero? Chiapas, Basque, Scotland, Quebec, Vermont, Limon come to mind in the
west, and certainly
the communists have some spectacular failures in Tibet and Chechneya, but all in
all, a people's
chances for independence is far greater under communists than under capitalists.
