Folks,
Nigeria cut its civil service by 20%, and this after the visit by the Chinese
leader, Hu Jintao.

This means tens of thousands of workers will be ablwe to join in productive
pursuits, a necessarily
immediate reduction of corruption and misallocation, and a growing market in
China.
It will be intresting to see if Nigeria becomes more stable and prosperous, and
thus a better trading
partner.

Dear John
I am not sure if that cut will have an effect upon scamming. I mean considering how easy is to send massive amounts of spam pretending to be prince who wants to share his money... I don´t see a reason for scamming to dissapear. It´s just the rule of minimum effort.
P.S. By the way John. When you updated your site it didn´t include the part dedicated on how to use the NTDB data
http://www.johnspiers.com/NTDB.html
Seems it cannot be seen anymore. I would be happy if you updated it.
Thanks in advance
