Which is nonsense. GM is out of business, and now a government owned entity. The headline should read TAXPAYERS pay $1000 to Get Toyota owners to Switch.

It's pathetic when a major corporation has to bribe customers to buy their products. Maybe they should just make cars that work as well as Toyota's vehicles.
GM is a terrible company. It should have been allowed to go bankrupt. Now the government has saved them, they've learned nothing from the experience.
