Remember the swine flu epidemic? it didn't really happen, and so people were in no hurry to inject themselves with slapdah vaccine. Now truckloads of the stuff are rotting in New York.
Vaccines are not tough to make, but we have a system where the government controls it to make sure it is kept 'free." If people wee free to make it, then you could pick up exactly what you need at your local pharmacist, who would be brewing the stuff, on an as-needed basis. Never any shortages, always plenty of supply, priced accessible, and the right stuff.
