It is not as detailed as what I suggest in my class, but it is a powerful tool for quickly running down the commodities, and gives a preview snapshot before you do a 3 or 4 hour spreadsheet analysis.
Next, you can go to customs and search by name, such as "shirts" in plain English, (click on archives to search those too) and get all sorts of customs rulings on your topic.
