Chomsky is a socialist, and he probably would not object to marxist, and as I have said many time, they get their facts straight Here is is saying something I've argued for a while, and he seems to be arguing for free markets.

You're right. According to Wikipedia:
"Chomsky asserts that authority, unless justified, is inherently illegitimate, and that the burden of proof is on those in authority. If this burden can't be met, the authority in question should be dismantled. Authority for its own sake is inherently unjustified."
Chomsky is against authoritarian socialism or communism (e.g. USSR) but supports worker councils.
