FBI Distributes Porn

In a Fast and Furious type operation the FBI ran a kiddie porn site to catch kiddie porn users.  This is madness.  There is no supervision of law enforcement, because they know the election function no longer works in USA.  There is no rule of law any more.

A buddy of mine was a cop who spent a while busting porn distribution.  He is pretty sure just seeing the stuff did him a lot of damage.  There are images he cannot ever get out of his head.  He had no effect whatsoever on the business.  People he arrested did a little time and then went back to work.

We need truth commissions.  Immunity from prosecution for anyone who publicly confesses a crime.  Kiddie porn folks, once they have outed themselves, would be free from prosecution.

But not free from the collective sanction of the rest of us.

Feel free to forward this by email to three of your friends.

FBI entrapment gone wrong (?):

http://www.dailypaul.com/283156/fox-newsman-ben-swann-asks-if-boston-was-fbi-entrapment-gone-wrong

John, I actually think there are probably a lot more cases of where the FBI actually eggs on or deliberately incites (and including giving people bomb materials) impressionable people to do things that they would not otherwise do. What the hell is the FBI thinking? The Boston case is probably one of these cases - the other suspect may have actually been killed to silence one of the suspects.

"There is an internal contradiction in claiming a freedom from state intervention in something the state created for you."

Very well said indeed. It seems like it could be an interesting book. However, I'm not well grounded on topics of law. Also, I'm rather ignorant about the historical views on private property i.e. under socialism and capitalism. Is this book for me?

I think this relates to another post, but yes, Patry's book is written for everyone... I am glad I have it in my library...

I think the FBI is being overzealous in trying to build cases against people so that agents can build their careers and show that they are "fighting crime." Whatever happened to entrapment? These FBI agents are inciting people to do things that they wouldn't otherwise even consider doing.
