U S of Who?

Now that the US of A has been defeated in the middle east, according to a USA Three Star
General,  (Afghanistan specifically, but what does that say about Libya, Egypt, Syria, Iran, Iraq, Yemen, etc?) the world is emerging from their cowering and restoring peace and prosperity where once there was only destabilization, war, injustice and poverty.

SWIFT (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication) is a big deal, and Iran is getting back in:
A senior Iranian banking official says the representatives from a European bank will travel to Tehran next week to hold preliminary talks over restoration of financial transactions with Iranian banks.Gholam Reza Panahi, deputy head of Bank Melli Iran for International and Foreign Affairs said Iranian banks are ready to start cooperation with their foreign counterparts as soon as banking sanctions against Iran are lifted.
The paper tiger has been torn. The USA can return to peace, justice and prosperity merely by returning to free markets?  Think we will do it?

Feel free to forward this by email to three of your friends.

I'm an American and US foreign policy really angers me. It's the US that is antagonizing and provoking these countries and I feel that the American public is not being informed of reality overseas. Big corporations appear to be dictating US foreign policy to further their interests and get access and control of foreign markets and resources. I actually do not believe that China, Russia, Iran, Venezuela, among others, and even North Korea, are military threats to the US. The current climate is like in the book 1984, outside threats are used to control and influence the countrys' citizens.
