Customers

Hello John:

Just want to make sure I am understanding what needs to be done first. I
thought that we solve problems and then find customers. Or, is it that we
have customers and solve problems. Or, are both answers correct? Meaning,
it would be best to solve the problems of those customers with the most money
so they can by our product for which there is no price comparison. And, I do
not mean to side step the issue of finding what one loves and investing
energy in that direction. Thanks.

Thank you, John. And, yes (lol) I was trying to find another way to say
"use the rich as your guinea pigs." S>>

of course, there are other early adopters who will change spending patterns
to acquire something they see as a real benefit...something that solves a
problem...and these poor people tend to be the ones who move on up...so it is
not strictly the privileged and uptrodden we serve.

Yes, I do see and understand the above. Thank you, again. S
