Hi, I was checking Bill's e-mail and saw the message from you. It will be a
while before he can answer it. He and Ginger Holdeman were in Salt Lake City
for a trade show and he fell on ice in the parking lot yesterday and broke
his hip. He had surgery and will be in the hospital until at least Monday,
and maybe as late as Wednesday, before he will be able to return home. I'm
leaving your message as "new", but just wanted you to know why you had no
response.
