My customers have said that it'll be a good market, I've told this to Jack
and I think what he knows is that his dye will have a large market also.
I think the issue is that in order to get a marketable product the $2250 R&D
is necessary. Right now we have a swimsuit dye that fades in the sun after
about 6 hours. I honestly don't have $2250 to send right now and I guess I'm
looking to get him to do the R&D and I'll pay later, hopefully after seeing
success...
Let me know anymore thoughts - Thanks Again

***This is whgere the rubber hits the road... tell him you are ready to test
the samples for him in the usa... but that sadly all of your resources are
earmarked for that purpose...if you pay for RD then you will be hamstrung
trying to market without resources... Suggest kindly that he stick with
product and you stick with market, and you won't be coming to him for 1/2
money to market. Tell him to work R&D into price, since price is not the big
issue. Of course, put all this nicely, and finish the letter with something
like "please tell me this is a workable deal."
