New Product Help

I have a idea for a devise but will need a person who can read schematics.
The next step I believe is to have someone manufactures small batches for
test & demos. Please give me some advise?

***Yes... a shoe is a shoe, but there is more money in designed shoes, the
more specifically aimed the better. Nike is profitable, but they are most
profitable where they design shoes to your specifications. At the NIKE
website one is able to select shoe, style color combination and even
personalize it with a motto (NON SEQ in my case)***

Is it viable to start searching for customers overseas who want this
product manufactured to their personal details and usage? Built the same
product differently according to each individual order. Please excuse me for

being a little naive concerning this matter. >>

***Naivety or clarity? Anyway... what is most viable is to START with what
you love, then the hard part, the product will be fun work..all that

Mr. Spiers. A product does exist. Redesign that product 20% makes the
product new. It means I am now competing on design not price. Redesign this
same product to a customers own personal specifications and applications.

***Yes... most people spend months and years getting to a source a supplier a
product, buy a load, bring it in and THEN find out there is no profitable
market. If it exists already, the only way you can compete is on price, and
that game you will lose. there is a product, that no one else is doing, that
YOU need to do, because no oone else will do it, and this benefit will not
come onto the market until you bring it. I said the product was the hardest
part...work more on this... what problem in areas you know engage?***

much time does it normally take for a response? Thanks for the help. >>

***20 days is getting late... so bug them... but did you get their name after
the NTDB research told you they were the best in the world?***
