I accept paypal as well. You, as the holder of the goods, can make it a
condition that the buyer verifies his account before you ship the item. If
they
refuse to verify, don't ship. IF you ship and they proceed to reverse the
payment. You can file a case with the Postal Inspectors, FBI and your local
police authority for a case of fraud. The first two agencies don't take fraud
lightly and will make a personal visit to the recipient. I've done this
before with success.
