Wine Deregulation In Hong Kong

The Brits have long controlled world trade in booze, so when they set up Hong Kong as a free port they did maintain their monopoly on booze (and outlawed gambling except for horse races, with proceeds funding charity). Therefore booze was one item which was never a deal in Hong Kong.

Now that the brits are out, Hong Kong has deregulated booze, and of coourse the result is more better cheaper faster, with many new jobs.

Here is a competition that is being held in Hong Kong, and example of the free market at work.
