Government officials were exposed running criminal experiments on unwitting subjects in the USA and overseas. So guidelines were introduced. At the end of all of the pretty guidelines, exceptions are noted:
(i) Unless otherwise required by law, department or agency heads may waive the applicability of some or all of the provisions of this policy to specific research activities or classes or research activities otherwise covered by this policy. Except when otherwise required by statute or Executive Order, the department or agency head shall forward advance notices of these actions to the Office for Human Research Protections, Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), or any successor office, and shall also publish them in the FEDERAL REGISTER or in such other manner as provided in Department or Agency procedures.1
So At any point any medical experiments on unwitting subjects such as the poor, or the poor soldiers, it can be done as long as it is noted in the Federal Register. For all the world to see. Unless it is done in secret, by rule or executive order. Then no one knows.
The president can make a secret list of people he wants killed. He can run secret medical eperiments on people, without them knowing. Do we want this for USA?

How Leftism Invites Fascism
At a meeting a longshoremen had been challenged on the point of being a communist and earning a quarter million a year as a longshoreman. The fellow replied that as a communist, because he was a communist, and that the longshore union was dominated by communists, workers earned a quarter million a year. He was an example of communist success, not failure.
The Longhoreman's Union business agent for the company I managed in San Francisco was a communist, quite proud of it, as his father had been. Years after our association needed, he left the union and began teaching labor studies. He watched a gang take over the longshoreman's union local, and could not help but reflect that the very processes and assumptions of practical marxism leads to criminal takeover. Indeed, since not only was the Soviet Union a criminal enterprise, so was the National Socialism of Germany.
Fascism is a flavor of socialism, since it is based on the collective. The argument is over who is in charge. In fascism the government and big business is one, with big business in control.
The leftists of the Occupy Wall Street (OWS) crowd maintain and internal contradiction: Big Business controls government; we need government to write regulations to control big business. The OWS cannot conceive of any alternative to government action, so they are condemned to be bound within its narrow range of options. Business, yet once again, will write a new set of regulations which will benefit them further, and the OWS will disband satisfied they were heard. And things will get worse.
The Tea Party people, in the name of freedom, will demand more police and oppression and prisons and the leftists will concede, since they cannot conceive of a alternative to government action, to fascism expanding.
Both sides are susceptible to the argument of false parity. If anyone suggests an alternative to government as a solution, they immediately say "we don't want to end up like Somalia" as if Somalia is the poster child for freedom.
Somalia and such "failed states" are the result of too much government, not too little. Soldiers form dozens of countries patrol such places, legacies of gangs propped up by Soviet, Italian, and US regimes contend. Christians and Moslems try to escape the chaos by offering religious alternatives. Special ops foment strife with false flag actions. The IMF and World Bank run shops there, as well as countless NGOs. And the big troublemaker is the "charities" who bring in grain to at once destroy the local markets and empower the kleptocrat warlords. The amount of government overwhelms any possibility of commerce, above the "I'll cut your hair if you'll patch my tire" economy. As in Egypt people of good will form self-defense associations when things are chaotic.
If we want to see what less government looks like, we should look at a place with less government: Andorra, Iceland, the Vatican, San Marino, Monaco, Hong Kong, Switzerland, Singapore. Hong Kong almost no one pays taxes because almost no one is required to do so, government is rarely the topic of conversation since government has so little to do with anything, and countless peoples and languages are spoken and people living in peace and prosperity because they are left alone to to well while doing good.
The less fortunate are amply provided for because charities are so well subscribed. Health care is affordable because it is not in government lockdown. Hong Kong is so illustrious that the communists were obliged to copy it in first a dozen, now 20 places in China. Socialist Lite India has followed suit with 20 free economic zones, but without the boldness of China.
Today a Hong Kong would not be permitted in USA largely due to social conditioning. If we were true to our founding traditions, USA would be an amalgamation of 100 or 500 Hong Kongs. But that would require getting back to states rights, which we are conditioned to equate with slavery and racism.
So the leftists have no choice but to accept fascism since there is nothing else dreamt of in their philosophy than government control. Ultimately the fascists, whose businesses subsume government, get the upper hand. They may not like fascism, but leftists will accept it if it is the best government can do.

How Govt Is Necessary for Hate Radio
Raymond Arroyo is a Catholic Radio and TV news host. He asked Pat Buchanan what should be done with Moslems suing Catholic Colleges to get rid of Catholic religious decorations. From Buchanan:
Appearing the other night on the Catholic network EWTN, I was asked by Raymond Arroyo what should be done about Muslim students at Catholic University demanding that the school provide them with prayer rooms, from which crucifixes and all other Catholic symbols that they found offensive had been removed.
Now here is the problem, no Moslem is making any such complaint. We might think Arroyo is simply ignorant, except too much Catholic Radio and TV in general, and Arroyo in particular, spew a constant stream of hate towards Moslems, and cast so much in anti-Moslem rhetoric. Catholic Radioman Al Kresta is as active, and when not directly anti-Moslem, "Catholic Answers" comes down pro-military, which today is tantamount to "kill Moslems."
There was a famous Catholic radio preacher of hate, back when Jews were the target, by the name of Coughlin on which the Church eventually pulled the plug. It's the same thing, just this time it is Moslems. It's time to follow the money and see who the piper is calling these tunes. Like most media, radio is under a contrived regime of shortage, so it is kept expensive. You need a license to be on the airwaves, and funding. With this regime, the government controls what is said.
Now do not assume that this means Limbaugh, Kresta, Arroyo and other hate-talk radiomen are told what to say. Not at all. That is just the point, they do not need to be told what to say, they really believe this stuff. They are selected for their history of saying what they say. Get a line-up of such govt-pleasing talkers, and licensing and funding follows.
When outed as a CIA operative, Gloria Steinem assured one and all she was never asked to report on progressives. As documents demonstrate, the CIA never had to ask.
If we pull the plug on govt control, as we did on telephones in 1980, who knows what wonders would follow, just as the entirely unexpected internet burst forth from the newly free world of telecommunications.
Hate radio is the rot that seeps from govt control, and can be cured by freedom, but first people need to shake free the social conditioning that radio must be controlled by govt...

I'd say check again in a couple of yers and see how protected investors feel. Also, that 3rd party protection is paid for by a 4th party; the first party being the investor and the 2nd being the securities dealer. That security is inherently unstable.

How To Defend Your Market from Cheap Imports
Say you have good business and all of sudden you find your sales dropping because your customers prefer cheap imports. If you are like most USA businesses, you learn to hate foreigners because of your foolish actions. The common foolish action is to go to our Government for help competing with cheap imports. You can easily defeat cheap imports, but there are a few steps and a proper attitude to take. Here is how.
1. Respect your customers. They know the difference, they make a choice. Respect that. But find out when your customers tell you no, they will not reorder, ask them "how come?" "Why" is too strong a term. Use "how come?' They will tell you how come, so you will then know. Wrong shape, speed, color, function, material or something. You may be surprised it is not, as you thought "low price" at all. Even if the competitors price is lower, you'll find that is not the reason they prefer the foreign supply. It will be another reason, having to do with design.
2. Think of it as a personal matter, that your customers reject you (since they do, you are the business.) You'll need to embrace the fact your customers are rejecting you personally, because you have not listened to their needs. Change that, winning is likely to be a matter of some self-transformation.
3. This may or may not apply to you, but abandon any and all intellectual property rights. Your competitors are beating you without intellectual property rights. Your reliance on monopoly instead of obedience is delusional. Strip down to fighting weight. Open source any and all intellectual property rights you own.
4. Research the worldwide trade in your product. This you can do on your own for free, and I have covered it in 1,000 places. Email if you want reference to this. But know what is going on in your industry worldwide, not just USA.
5. Your market has spoken, they do not care for your work, your ethics, your way of doing business. Learn why they prefer foreigners to you. Study the preferred supplier worldwide. Learn why it is, people prefer that supplier. Adjust where necessary. See # 4.
6. Instead of fighting an importer who is selling foreign produced products to your customers, become the importer who is selling foreign produced products to your customers. As you satisfy your customers with superior products, you can learn why people prefer those to yours. This allows you breathing time to fix your obviously broken business.
7. The best time to do this is before "cheap imports" impacts your business. Study now the world trade in your product area, as I show you to do so at no cost to you, and then you can begin to adjust before it is a problem. You can make money as you learn to improve your business, before you find yourself behind.

As you already knew, the Rapescan machines installed in USA airports as a political payoff to Michael Chertoff are very dangerous for you. It is dangerous for the TSA workers too, but our sympathies can only stand so much. So much focus on the very dangerous takes any concern away form the less dangerous. those walkthrough simple scanner are dangerous too. Sicne USA is the world's largest market, USA policies can be forced on other countries, and we do.
If you take a minute to consider the flows into the machines to avoid radiation poisoning, there are people secretly watching you and point you out to force you in. if you refuse, then the US Government retaliates by subjecting you to a humiliating search.
So, if you are going to be searched anyway, then opt out of ALL radiation. Demand to avoid it all, since you will be searched anyway. No need for any radiation at that point.
If you do not believe responsible people in the USA government would needessly and willingly poison you, you are not paying attention. Her is the Tuskegee experiments, which went on into the 1970s, as one example.
I know this was criminal experiments done on blacks, but to the government, we are all now blacks. the president can make of list of people to murder and kill them, he can also by executive order keep secret what group is being poisoned. No doubt it continues today. This is irresponsibility in government.
The Occupy Wall Street people want this same government to save them.
Corzine and China and USA
As USA murders its way around the world, the Chinese are busy building railroads with the emerging economies, and I suspect, financed with the trillions USA owes China. This is how it works: You owe me $20. I want a haircut that costs $20. I get a haircut, and you give the Barber the $20 you owe me. Now I got my haircut, the barber has been paid, and you and I are square.
So now China wants a railroad that ties into their system. USA owes China a couple trillion. So India builds a railroad, and China says "USA owes us, and they will pay you." Now China owns a railroad, and USA owes India. Is this what is happening? I think so, in essence. If so, China could care less if USA ever pays its debts. If it does, ok. If it does not, even better, because India will hate USA.
USA is in economic trouble because we clamor for domination by "the best and the brightest," for example Jon Corzine. Corzine was head of Goldman Sachs, went on to be US Senator and Governor of New Jersey. Top of his class, top performer, then top Obama official. Top income.
There is a phenomena in probability called survivorship bias. We tend to look at a Jon Corzine and say "brilliant" because he has made a lot of money. Now he may have made a lot of money because given his personality, and being at the right place at the right time, he made the bets he did, and they happened to be the rights one. We tend to prefer people who have succeeded, when past performance is not indication of future success.
The world has changed, and Corzine has not. The bets that made him rich once upon a time are bad bets today. But he does what his personality inclines him to do, which today means bankruptcy. (Again, the regulators show up only AFTER 700 million of investor cash has gone missing, like Madoff, yet we pay their salaries. It is not possible to have government effectively provide law enforcement. It must be in private hands.)
We all want things that cannot happen. Corzine made his billions while the damage was being done in the dot.com boom, the banking boom, and the real estate boom. The damage is done during the boom times, and the bust is where it is decided who pays. (You, not them.) While the damage was being done, all macmansions and ninja loans and CDAs, everyone was applauding the facilitators like Corzine and giving him billions. We wanted it to be true we can borrow our way to wealth.
We want it to be true we can murder our way to world domination. Problem is, it is not true. While we pat ourselves on the back and watch snuff movies of foreigners slain, the Chinese are building railroads and universities and hospitals around the world.
USA was once different. When the imperialists cruelly dominated China and on some slight pretext demanded huge compensation from the Chinese government, most Europeans took their money home, USA took its allotment of the Chinese payment and build schools and hospitals in China, in essence gave it back. We used to be admired worldwide.
We have protest movements, sponsored by big business, the Tea Party by the war industries and the Occupy Wall Street by the welfare industries. The Tea Party thinks we can murder our way to national greatness, OWS thinks that big biz controls govt, and so govt needs to regulate big biz, a dizzying internal contradiction. Facts, reality and evidence cannot penetrate their world.
So it is down to us, we who can see what is going on, and how to fix it. We do not need help, we just need our country to stop doing damage. Bring the troops home. End corporate welfare. Cut government 10% per year for 20 years running. Exempt companies below $100 million from rules and regulations, but enforce property rights which will protect the environment.
Here is what a 10% reduction or 20 years looks like, and you can see it cuts heavy early on, when the fat is greatest, and gets ever finer, when prudence is needed. After 20 years of success, we could review the situation for further beneficial cuts to government.
After twenty years of 10% cuts, we still have govt at over 12% of what it was!
We small business would recover America and check any Chinese hegemony. And there would be no world war, just peace and prosperity.

Social Conditioning and USA National Socialism
A Health Department is at it again, this time trying to destroy without warrant a small farm that teaches how to make good food on a membership basis and then serves it up. I'll say it again, billions of meals have been served at Indian Casinos across USA, and there has not been a single case of food poisoning. And not single case of county health inspection either, because the counties cannot bring their laws on Indian Reservations (which is why you gamble there...). I'll say it again, there is no government inspection of Casino Kitchens. (Plenty of rigorous private inspection, but no government inspection.) You are protected from food poisoning by the fact that the chef does not want his customers sick. Bad for business. And the private inspectors are insurance company related. They care about paying out costs. We need not be taxed to pay for county health inspection when we already have the necessary and sufficient insurance company motivation to restaurant excellence.
I truly hesitate to speak this truth for fear some maniac Health Department worker laces up the buffet line with salmonella, to end the Indian Casino winning streak.
The worst serial arsonist in US History was a city fire marshall. The anthrax attacks at 9-11 were delivered by a US Govt research scientist. A very horrific serial killer got his way into homes as part of his job as a city compliance inspector. Their government jobs helped them elude detection, because who wants to believe a bad guy can work for the government? They have the power, means and motivation to do such things. The motivation is fear for their sinecure. Read the book Fire Lover by Wambaugh linked above and see how it all works.
One big problem is government is not quite set up to investigate itself. There are too many complaints to deal with any specific complaints. Government is not about serving customers, so it's orientation is not conducive to solving problems in its service, like a code inspector who murders citizens on the job. It was an insurance investigator that quickly spotted the likely arson culprit, but the Fire Marshall went on killing more over ten years, like Madoff who went on stealing, because law enforcement is not very good in government hands.
There is no such things as a "government," it is just a collection of people who lord over a group of people socially conditioned to be lorded over, after the lorded-over make the original sin of demanding to be lorded over. Such people get what they want, good and hard.
Some people wake up and say this is nonsense, I want out. They start doing good things, making good food, taking care of themselves, and then down comes the control queens.
Read the stories of such god people when the heat comes down on them. Their lives have been destroyed, but they are so socially conditioned that they still love the government. As such, they cannot mount the most effective defense.
The defense depends on understanding how government workers think. Among their ranks are some who seek rapid advancement and the pension that follows. These people watch the policies working their way through congress. In the case of food, there are Patriot Act grade destruction of freedom relating to food working their way through, for the last few years. It is designed to destroy small and family farms. By acting in a way that shows illegal aggressiveness now, these abusive govt workers will be in the running to be appointed the big shots in the new government agency for Food Protection Security Agency, or whatever we'll call it.
Knowing this, your defense is to name names when attacked. Do not blame the FDA, because you will get no sympathy even if they gun you down (you must have deserved it. Your death is proof of your guilt, ask the kids at Waco.) Your defense is to name the people at the FDA who are acting out the raid. Get the names of who is involved. Never say "the FDA raided us today," but "'Joe Smith' came in with five people waving guns and demanding we destroy all of our food." Make it about "Joe Smith," the name of the rogue agents, not the FDA. This defense may be catching on, which may be why in the story above, the person running the raid was in remote, by cell phone. Expect the new laws to allow the rogues to remain secret.
The next things to do is to go straight to court. Do not hire an atty. Attorneys think all problems can be solved by law, and attorneys are in fact government workers. They believe they are exempt and really do not care what the rules are, just run the case. They believe in mitigation and compromise, which is your enemy in these fights. Demand to be prosecuted, and defend yourself pro se.
Usually a prosecutor will not want to waste time with the silly case, and chase off the rogue govt agent. If they do prosecute, then you are entitled to all information the state has against you. Then you can fight fact by fact, and you are likely to find a judge who finds this all tedious and dismisses it (in many states you can hire an atty for just procedural assistance, so you file on time and in proper form.) The likely result is the FDA agent goes elsewhere to abuse the system, and you get left alone. For now. In time you'll be dealt with, like the immigration atty who defended Muslims, so the FBI falsely accused him of being the mastermind behind the Madrid Train bombing.
Yikes! That sounds bad. Well, recall how you got started. Big Ag serves bad food. You wanted good food for you and your friends. That brought an attack by a rogue govt agent. Your livelihood was about to be wiped out. So you can give up, or resist. Giving up is no fun. Resistance is no fun, but it is good. Have the good on your side. At least then you can deserve to win.

Why We Do Not Need Government Health Care
This being Sunday, I thought I'd show how the restrictions religion poses paradoxically advances free market goods and services.
In government dictated health care insurance companies cannot get a license unless they offer a full range of policy-mandated options. Now keep in mind this is even before Obamacare. But when you make Blue Cross or any other insurance payment, you are paying for another person's abortion when they have one, and paying thus is forbidden the Christian and Muslim.
(Not to mention the other problem where govt hijacking the insurance industry has them shift their emphasis from loss prevention to actuarial and probability gaming. Today we have no idea how insurance really would work.)
Given these narrow confines, an enterprising devout Christian hit on a method of insurance that, well, looks like real insurance. In essence, a group gathers for mutual aid. Members agree to make a monthly insurance payment, in this case full medical care for a single at $135, two parent family at $320. The members submit any medical bills above the first $300 per year to the group headquarters. HQ verifies the bills, and then directs the members that month to mail their payment to the person in the group who has medical bills to cover. So if Joe Smith has $13,500 in medical bills this month, 100 members mail their payment to him, as an act of charity, and he pays his $13,500 in medical bill directly to the hospital or doctors or whoever. Anyone else who has bills gets covered as well. Each month they clear out all bills, one way or another. Wow.
Members pay $175 a year to join, and for that administrators check and verify the bills, and negotiated down bills for members (cash talks) and also maintains lists and a clearing house of doctors who esteem cash paying patients. This efficiency lowers the cost of health care.
Since doctors are not obliged to flog murderous medicines to stay in business, they can offer true cures, and expect no problem from an insurance company. tis will allow the free market to fund efficacious cure. Forget paying for "health care," we want to pay insurance for cures! Health care is free... diet and exercise. Only a government would force you to buy what is free.
This plan has about 17,000 members across all 50 states. All of these people are conscientious objectors to abortion and sterilization, etc... so their passion led to an innovation that gives them better medical care cheaper outside of the system.
Some Catholics did something analogous. When the Pope forbid contraception, but not natural family planning, some Catholic doctors worked within those confines to come up with natural family planning that is superior in method effectiveness to any artificial system. And no cost, and no side effects.
But wait, there is more! All this research led doctors realize that almost all womens health concerns first manifest, or offer markers, within their fertility cycles. So depending on the nature of the fertility cycle, disruption, they could offer what is going wrong and catch problems very early indeed. Artificial Birth Control actively suppresses the natural processes, leaving women to find out too late.
Now you cannot hear about this without first asking, and one is not inclined to ask unless one is obedient to the confines of dogma. Imagine that, a health-care revolution precipitated by Vatican censoriousness.
