Westinghouse, Fukushima and the Ukraine

Not to be outdone by General Electric, the company who built the Fukushima plants, Westinghouse now desires USA taxpayers to subsidize another adventure in China Syndrome, shipping in nuclear fuel to the fascist side of the war-torn Ukraine.  Compliments of the ExIm Bank.
Russia raised safety concerns earlier this month -- warning over a potential Chernobyl-style disaster-- if Ukraine went ahead with its plans to buy more Westinghouse fuel for its Russian-made reactors. Westinghouse said concerns were ridiculous. Roderick told the Pittsburgh Business Times in a brief interview Thursday afternoon that Westinghouse pulled fuel from a reactor in the Eastern European country and found it was what he called in "perfect shape."
Perfect shape.  Just never mind that the Chernobyl disaster, still a deadzone, is in the Ukraine.    And never mind the Ukrainian nuclear plants are presently malfunctioning, and the truth being the first casualty of war.

Who cares about the quality of the customer when the EXIM Bank is there to lend taxpayer credit to fascist regimes to "buy USA" nuclear material to put into malfunctioning plants in a war zone for the benefit of a welfare queen USA huge corporation.

I like what Rand Paul has said, cut not one dime of personal welfare until every dime of corporate welfare is cut.

Capitalists could care less if they kill their customers because with EZ Credit, there is no end to the madmen who will borrow the money to buy the toys the taxpayers will finance.  Plus, capitalism, a progressive project, thinks we need zero population growth.

You can count on the republicans to renew the ExIm Bank.

Feel free to forward this by email to three of your friends.
