Trade Policy Hopes

Maybe along the same lines....

I read that the WTO has warned China.... "that China's
pursuit of separate bilateral and regional free trade
agreements would harm its long-term commercial
interests." The article doesn't say how the "harm"
will happen. Any guesses?
